Wheel-thrown and finished by hand, the shallow plate features a raised, textured grating surface that effortlessly breaks down garlic, ginger, and other aromatics into a smooth paste.
Multiple glazes are available; they pool gently around the carved texture, while a warm clay rim grounds the piece visually and adds durability. Simply rub cloves across the surface, then gather the paste with a spoon or drizzle oil directly onto the plate for instant sauces and marinades.
