The Gather & Grate Plate

Meet the Family-Sized Grater, inspired by the traditional ceramic graters found in the Mediterranean.

Why a ceramic grater?
A ceramic grater is non-reactive, so your spices stay fresh and flavorful - without a metallic aftertaste. The design of a ceramic grater relies on a field of sharp, durable nubs that function much like a rasp, allowing you to pulverize dense spices without needing high-speed electric equipment.

A little larger, a little more generous, this handmade  ceramic grater is designed for family-style meals.

Dimensions: 6-3/4" x 6-3/4" x 3/4" height
Provided in a gift box with a ring bound brochure with tips and recipes for using this grater to its best.
